Noel Fernandes scored twice in leading Charkop FC to a 2-0 win against Clint FC in a Third Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) League – 2012-13, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Sunday.
Meanwhile in a well-contested encounter, Orient Sports Club managed to get the better of Worli Sports Club by a 2-1 margin and grab all the three points. Farhid Ansari and Wasim Ansari netted a goal each for the winners, while Nitin Raghwan reduced the margin for the losers.
