Blitzekerg Sports Club got the better of Jai Ambee 6-4 via the sudden death in a Division-III play-off match of the
Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) league, played at the St Xavier’s Ground, Parel on Sunday evening.
For Blitzekerg, Kasif Siddique, Shanshak Ramarao, Rishi Naik, Agnello Fernandes, Prathik Malik and Ralph Veigas scored from the spot, while for Jai Ambee, Christopher M, S Fernandes, Y Fernandes and E Matris were on target.
