The Western India Football Association (WIFA) is one of the oldest and the most vibrant and active association in India. Our Association is also one of the largest, with 34 affiliated districts and with over 1200 registered clubs. WIFA has always strived hard for the promotion and development of football in the state of Maharashtra.
The WIFA Executive Committee members have been extremely cooperative and we have collectively worked together towards making our association one of the best in the country. I am proud to mention that currently WIFA is ranked second among the 36 football bodies affiliated with the AIFF (All India Football Association).
I promise that we will continue to perform better and will leave no stone unturned in our efforts to stay at the top of and become the best in the country
