There was a FIFA inspection of the Rajarshi Shahu Football Stadium on
Wednesday, 14th December for the laying of an artificial turf at Rajarshi Shahu Football Stadium in Kolhapur. This is part of the ‘Win In India’ Program initiated by FIFA.
Dr. Eric Harrison from the FIFA Turf Inspection Committee was accompanied by WIFA Secretary Mr. Souter Vaz and WIFA CEO Mr. Henry Menezes,along with Mr. Deepak Khanolkar from Greenfields. Officials from Kolhapur Football Association were also present at this inspection.
