The Asian Referees Week was celebrated on Sunday 2nd September at Cooperage.
The Bombay Referee’s Association organized Party Games, Spot Prizes, Gallores of Prizes and Felicitation for all Retired FIFA & National Referees of WIFA followed with Lunch.
Surviving Founder Members like Shri L.R. Natarajan & Shri J.P.Pinto were rememberd on this occasion. Pratap Singh, Maria Rebello, Rahul D’sa, Michael Andrews and Walter Pereira being the members on the AFC Elite Group for 2012 were congratulated and praised. Shri Dhanraj More was also congratulated for becoming AIFF instructor in 2012. Three young Promising Referees Shri Lanster Fernandes, Shri Kiran Yadav, and Shri Dipesh Sawant were also given awards to mark the occasion of celebrating The Asian Referes week .
