The Western India Football Association (WIFA) has officially announced the 20-member Maharashtra squad for the Qualifying Round of the 79th National Football Championship for the Santosh Trophy 2025–26. Following an intensive and competitive selection process, the chosen players will represent the state in Group I, with matches scheduled to be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Maharashtra will face strong competition in Group I alongside hosts Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu (DNH & DD). The squad reflects a well-balanced blend of experienced campaigners and promising young talent, selected after weeks of rigorous trials conducted by WIFA.
Group I Fixtures
Maharashtra will begin their qualifying campaign against Gujarat before taking on DNH & DD and hosts Rajasthan.
