April 29, Mumbai – The Western India Football Association (WIFA) proudly announces the launch of the Maharashtra State Senior Men’s Football League 2024-25, a new top-tier league connecting Maharashtra’s best clubs with a direct pathway to I-League 3 qualification.
This inaugural edition marks a significant step in elevating senior men’s club football in Maharashtra. Eight leading teams from six regions will compete in a unified, month-long league at the Sinhgad Sports Complex in Lonavala from May 10th to June 5th, 2025.

• Mumbai: MYJ-GM, MH Oranje FC
• Pune: AIYFA Skyhawks FC, Snigmay FC
• Thane: Navi Mumbai SA
• Ratnagiri: Ratnagiri Pioneers FC
• Raigad: Milan SB Foundation
• Solapur: Magic Made Soccer
The league will follow a double round-robin format with 56 matches, offering intense competition and a crucial platform for I-League 3 aspirations.
WIFA is committed to developing football in Maharashtra, providing a professional environment and greater exposure for players and clubs. With the AIFF emphasizing state leagues for national qualification, the Maharashtra State Senior Men’s Football League is set to be a vital proving ground.
