22nd August 2018, Goa: Maharashtra’s forward Tricia Collaco scored in the last minute to secure a hard-fought 1-0 win against Punjab in their second group stage game in the ongoing Junior Girl’s National Football Championship at Duler Stadium.

Both the sides had their chances throughout the game but it was Tricia in the 89th minute who showed composure before placing her effort into the back of the net.

Although this result doesn’t confirm Maharashtra’s progress into the next round as they had previously lost to Bihar 2-1. Tomorrow, Bihar will face Punjab in their last group game.
