Maharashtra State Youth Club League Championship (Junior Girls) 2025–26

The Maharashtra State Youth Club League Championship 2025–26 for Junior Girls concluded with an exciting display of emerging football talent from across Maharashtra. The league featured 8 teams, each playing 7 matches in the league stage in a competitive round-robin format.

After the completion of the league stage, the top four teams advanced to the Final Round, where they once again faced each other in a mini round-robin format, playing 3 matches each to determine the champions. The final stage witnessed intense and closely contested matches, highlighting the growing standard of girls football in the state.

Clubs including KMP Aspire and UKM Kothrud FC from Pune and Mumbai Knights from Mumbai delivered strong performances in the Final Round. At the end of the stage, KMP Aspire, UKM Kothrud FC, and Mumbai Knights were level on 6 points, making the title race extremely tight.

With the points tied, the championship was ultimately decided on goal difference. KMP Aspire emerged as the Junior Girls Champions, finishing with the superior goal difference after a series of hard-fought matches.

UKM Kothrud FC secured the Runner-Up position after an impressive and competitive campaign.

The tournament showcased exceptional promise and skill from young girls across Maharashtra, reflecting the rapid development of grassroots women’s football and the bright future of the sport in the state.
