Asmita Football League is a sports initiative for female players under the Indian government’s Khelo India program to promote sports participation, identify new talent, and provide a platform for women athletes to compete and gain exposure in Under-13, Under-15 & Under-17. The name “ASMITA” is an acronym for Achieving Sports Milestone by Inspring Women Through Action. The National Federation encourages it’s stakeholders to conduct competitions across various age groups and sports disciplines, with support from the Sports Authority of India (SAI).
The Asmita Football League for U-15 Girls 2024–25 was successfully organized under the joint initiative of the AIFF, the Government of India’s Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, SAI, and WIFA.
The league was held at Solapur from 22nd December 2024 to 3rd March 2025, providing a competitive platform for young girls to showcase their footballing talent and passion for the sport. A total of six teams participated, displaying remarkable skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Total 10 numbers of matches played by each team. More than 85 players participated in the league.
After an exciting series of matches, St. Joseph emerged as the Champion, while Little Flower Convent High School finished as the Runner-up of the league.
The Asmita Football League continues to play a pivotal role in promoting grassroots football among girls and nurturing the next generation of talented female footballers across Maharashtra.

The Asmita Football League for U-15 Girls 2024-25, organized by the All India Football Federation in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the Sports Authority of India, and the Western India Football Association, was held in Sangli from 18th January 2025 to 3rd February 2025.
A total of six teams participated in the league. Total 10 numbers of matches played by each team. More than 90 players participated in the league. Police Boys FC emerged as the Champion, while John Bandi Soccer Academie De Soccer finished as the Runner-up of the Asmita Football League for U-15 Girls 2024-25.

The Asmita Football League for U-13 Girls 2024-25, organized by the All India Football Federation, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, Sports Authority of India, and WIFA, was held at Ratnagiri from 24th December 2024 to 19th January 2025. A total of six teams participated in the league. Total 10 numbers of matches played by each team. More than 80 players participated in the league.
Dervan FC emerged as the Champion, while Saint Thomas Academy finished as the Runner-up of the Asmita Football League for U-13 Girls 2024-25.
The Asmita Football League for U-13 Girls 2024-25, organized by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the Sports Authority of India (SAI), and WIFA, was held at Latur from 4th to 11th January 2025. A total of six teams from the Latur District participated in the league. Total 10 number of matches played by each team.
SRJ Sports Club emerged as the Champion, while GGS Sports Club finished as the Runner-up of the Asmita Football League for U-13 Girls 2024-25.
