Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar dominated with a 5–0 win over Solapur. Gondia thrashed Parbhani 12–0. Despite Satara registering a goal, a fired-up Ahmednagar struck six goals to seal the match 6-1.
A five-star performance from Nashik saw them outplay Ratnagiri. Nagpur ruled the field, scoring five goals against a strong Raigad side.
Nandurbar faced a tough Kolhapur team, who netted nine goals. Nanded fought hard but lost 2–0 to Jalgaon. Hosts Palghar looked energetic from the first minute, overpowering their opponents with a 7–0 victory. Amravati received a walkover and advanced to the second round.
