Aristocrat FC struck prime form as they romped to a convincing 4-0 victory against Anjuman Islam in a Third Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) League – 2012-13, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Thursday.
Striker Arya Deo played a key role as he scored a brace to fashion Aristocrat’s win. Samay Ved and Anoaj Kapur contributed a goal each to complete the margin of victory and pocket all the three points.
Earlier, Freunds SC also had things under control as they posted an easy 2-0 win against Los Galasticos in another encounter of the same division.
Freunds got their goal through the efforts of strikers Karan Thakur, Rajendra Thapa, both scoring a goal each.
