About the course:
CAT 3 Referees are responsible for officiating state-level competitions organized by the State Associations. CAT 3 courses come under the direct supervision of State Associations.

Licensing Criteria:
- All competitions organized by the State Associations
Pre-Requisite:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- CAT 4
- Pass annual fitness test
License Validity:
- Depending on fitness, upto 45 years of age
